If you're searching for a loyal companion with a heart full of love (and just a little shy about showing it at first), meet Finn. This tender, gentle boy is still learning that the world is a safe place—and that not all humans are scary. But with each passing day, he is warming up, taking small, brave steps toward trust and connection.

Finn isn’t the kind of dog to rush up with wagging tails and sloppy kisses—at least, not right away. But if you're the kind of person who understands that love takes time and that quiet moments are just as powerful as playful ones, you'll see the beautiful soul behind those soft, watchful eyes.

Ideal for a calm, patient household, Finn will thrive with someone who can offer consistency, kindness, and a gentle hand. In return, you'll be rewarded with the deep bond that only comes from earning the trust of a truly special dog.

If you have room in your heart and home for a dog who needs a little extra love to bloom, Finn may be your perfect match.

More about Finn

Good with Dogs

Special Needs: Heartworm positive; PAWS pays for treatment

All PAWS cats and dogs are current on the vaccinations appropriate for their age. Those who are confirmed over 4 months old or older will have their rabies vaccinations. Age permitting, dogs/puppies are tested for heartworm disease. Cats/kittens are tested (and are negative) for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV). All are treated with flea/tick prevention and given internal parasite preventative on a regular basis. All are microchipped (for their safety and the adopter's peace of mind) as part of the adoption fee.
